Schedule of School Fees for 2024-2025
THE PALLISER REGIONAL SCHOOL FEES:
Due upon receipt of invoice.
- Technology Fee: Gr. 1-12 $35.75
- Gym Strip Fee: Mandatory for students in Grades 5-12. Prices vary. Gym Strip is purchased through the school office.
- Other Fees: Yearbook (optional) – approx. $41 (subject to change)
*Many of The Palliser Regional School fees can be paid online starting in September using School Cash Online – check it out!
Brant Christian School Society Fees:
1. Registration Fee
- $100 Collected at time of Registration
- This fee is non-refundable
2. Alternative Program Fee
- Grades 1-12: $1260 per student; Kindergarten: $630 per student (capped at 4 students/family)
- A $500 deposit per student is due March 1, 2025
- A portion of this fee is tax-receiptable
- All fees (deposits and APF) are non-refundable after September 1st of the registration year
Any refunds will incur a $50 administrative fee.
Any NSF charges incurred are the responsibility of the Society member.

Payment options for Alternative Program Deposit and Fee:
- $500 Deposit/per student must be paid by March 1, 2025, and can be paid using a one-time credit card payment or e-transfer (to bcssfees@gmail.com).
- The remaining balance can be paid in one payment or instalments by June 30, 2025 (one-time credit card, monthly credit card payments or e-transfer bcssfees@gmail.com)
3. Busing Fees
Kindergarten: Free
Grades 1 to 12: $500/student* to a maximum of 4 students in one family
(Maximum busing charge: $2000/family)
*Please note – this fee is currently based on Government Grant Availability. Should the Grant not be available, this fee will need to be reassessed.
Payment Options for Busing Fees:
- Paid in full: by cheque or e-transfer bcssfees@gmail.com.
or - Automatic withdrawal (10-month payment plan): complete THIS FORM by June 1, 2025. Payments will commence September 1, 2025 and continue monthly through June 1, 2026. You must divide the total amount due by 10 to get your monthly payment amount. If you have any questions, please email: bcssfees@gmail.com.
Other busing options:
- Those wanting to ride the bus only occasionally have the option to purchase bus tickets (packages of 10, $10 per ride, total cost per package: $100). These passes are transferable.
Please contact the treasurer – treasurer@brantchristian.org – for bus ticket purchase.
- Cancellation of busing requires 30 days’ notice. Notice must be received by the 1st of the month to be effective for the following month.
- A $50 administration fee will be charged for all refunds.
